Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Modijahs Beauty. Because our products are beauty and personal-care products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact Modijahs@outlook.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused
• Be unopened where applicable
• Be in its original condition and packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and product-safety considerations, opened or used beauty and personal-care products may not be eligible for return.

Products That Arrive Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at Modijahs@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and determine the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return:

• Opened or used personal-care products
• Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Gift cards
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

OR

• Modijahs Beauty will provide return shipping instructions for approved returns.
  

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing timeframe: 3 Business Days

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before sending anything back.
